Payment
-You can pay by Paypal, Credit Card(AMEX, VISA, UC, JCB, MASTER..), and Bank Transfer.

-We can only deal with JPY for the direct credit card payment.
-In the case of bank transfer, additional banking charge (USD 30.00/ EUR 25.00) is needed.

Shipping
-Please note that to some countries, we cannot ship your cargo by Economy Air.
If your country is excluded from the delivery area of Economy Air, you must select Priority Air as a delivery method. >>> Please check the list

-We recommend adding Option 2: Registered Mail.
This is a service that applies when the items accepted for delivery get damaged or lost.
If you will not receive the book in perfect condition, Japan Post Service compensates for a loss.
Also, it is possible to use tracking services for some countries.
We may not be able to send you the replacement if you do not add Registered Mail when you make an order.

Others
You can select the start issue of your subscription.
We cannot accept midterm cancellation.
